SmartPOST parcel machines are located in larger shopping centers. You can find the locations of the machines  here.  To use the service, you must enter the correct mobile number to which an SMS and email will be sent upon arrival of the goods.

  • Omniva parcel machine (3.50 €)

Omniva parcel machines are located outside the larger shopping malls. You can find the locations of the machines  here.  Upon arrival of the goods, you will be sent an SMS or, if desired, an e-mail. The message contains the location of the parcel machine, the door code, the return code and the end of the storage period. When you enter the door code, you will receive the parcel from the parcel machine. You can pick up your parcel from the parcel machine regardless of the time of day – you can use the parcel machines outdoors 24 hours a day. We will keep your package in the Omniva parcel machine for up to 7 days.

  • Omniva courier (5.40 €)

Omniva courier will deliver the parcel to the address that suits you within 2 working days. Couriers usually go during the day, so it is important that someone is present at the desired address during the day. However, the courier may not call in advance. If you are working during the day, the address of the workplace must be indicated as the delivery address. auteldronesbaltic.com is not responsible if the courier did not receive the customer and the parcel moves to the post office, where the customer must pick up the document.

  • Omniva package to the post office (5.40 €)

The customer will receive the parcel at a suitable post office. When the parcel arrives at the post office, Omniva will send you a message via SMS and / or e-mail (if the sender has indicated your mobile phone number and / or e-mail address on the package), otherwise we will send the message to the mailbox. When picking up the parcel, bring an identity document with the notice. If you write a power of attorney, someone else can pick up the package sent to you. We will issue some packages only to you and then it will be written in the package arrival notice. Post office locations  here
