The owner of the online store auteldronesbaltic.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OSTAX OÜ

(Registry code: 12971890), located at Taludevahe St 43-14, Haabersti district, Tallinn, Harju County, 13516.

Validity of the sales contract, product and pricing information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.

Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Placing an order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required data fields must be completed and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment—when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force from the moment the amount due is credited to the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the data controller of personal data and transmits the personal data required for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date the notice is sent.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

For receiving the goods, the buyer has the following options:

Omniva, Smartposti, DPD

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant pricing information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within the entire Baltic region generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–5 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as would be permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

and it must be sent to the email address info@auteldronesbaltic.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g., the wrong or a defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract, or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the consumer for any costs exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been mistakenly indicated significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to submit a complaint

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the date the goods were delivered to the buyer. Within one year from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of rebutting this presumption lies with the Online Store.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees arising from the sales contract to the buyer.

The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to transport service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their consent to receive direct marketing communications.

The buyer may unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the respective email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@auteldronesbaltic.com or by calling +372 5377 3611.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.

The buyer may turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
